Three rooms, one standard. An experiential taqueria at street level, and above it a hidden lounge.
Three distinct venues. One historical landmark. A new hospitality destination built for Tampa.
At 1701 North Franklin, every venue has been designed to be unforgettable, but the real magic happens through the people who bring each experience to life with care, energy, and genuine hospitality every day.
Three venues · Three teams
Three rooms, one standard. An experiential taqueria at street level, and above it a hidden lounge.
A food-forward sports bar built around one circular screen the whole room gathers at. High energy every night, whoever is playing.
Seventies through nineties, played straight. Racetrack booths, brass, and the largest disco ball in Florida.
The stage
Three distinct venues in one historic building, and two years from an idea to an opening. Not a renovation and not a rebrand. Each venue was written from nothing, then built.
Icrave designed the interiors. Journey designed the architectural lighting. SJ Lighting is the theatrical consultant on Boogie Heights.
For all three, 1701 North Franklin is their first project in Tampa. Unlike firms that pursue volume, iCrave and SJ Lighting are known for carefully curating their project portfolios. Their work is reserved for hospitality concepts where exceptional design, guest experience, and long-term impact are central to the vision.
Every arch, every sightline, every angle of a booth back was intentional. We are hoping to raise expectations for what a night out in Tampa can be.
Guests remember how the night felt, and that is decided by whoever is standing in front of them. The venues are built. The rest is you.
We can teach a wine list, a POS, a sauté station. We cannot teach someone to be glad you walked in.
How we treat each other at 4pm is exactly how the room feels at 11pm. It travels. It always travels.
Something goes wrong every night. What you do in the ninety seconds after is the whole craft.
Three venues, one building. Leads, trainers and managers get picked from the floor before they get posted.
How hiring works
Ten minutes, one application for all three venues. A person reads every one.
Twenty minutes, both directions. We will ask what you want out of this, and we mean it.
Because we open together, everyone trains together. Product, service standards, your room and your station.
Once you have completed the training program, you get a clear yes or no. Silence is not a hiring practice.
One application covers every open front- and back-of-house role in the building. Pick your venue on the way in.
Venue 01 · Taqueria + Lounge · Tres hermanas
You reach the second floor by the arrival stair, with a night-sky ceiling and reflective blue walls. Three sisters, three tempos, one standard of service.
Agave is the thread · Puro corazón
An experiential taqueria, fast and bright, but built to be watched. Masa pressed in the open, a wall of agave, everything made in front of the guest.
The bar, the dining room and a stage with live music Tuesday to Sunday. A room that evolves over the course of a night.
An extension of the cantina, candlelit and set apart. Booked for weekends and private events.
Venue 02 · Tampa Heights · Est. 2026
Sports · Food · Drinks · Friends
A food-forward sports bar. One circular LED screen environment gathers the whole room around the same moment instead of scattering televisions down a wall.
Warm wood, brass, deep green and oxblood leather, a wall of framed jerseys, and a kitchen that would stand on its own with the screens off.
The energy does not depend on the schedule. A high energy dining experience is the point on a Tuesday with nothing on, the same as it is on a Sunday with the whole room on its feet.
Let it Fly
Venue 03 · Disco · Second Floor
Seventies, eighties and nineties disco on the second floor. Doors at nine. The night is theatre, and the floor staff are the ones on stage.
Everyone through the door is a VIP
Brass, backlit bottles and a ceiling of light that was designed shot by shot. The busiest area in the building.
Racetrack booths around an open floor, and the largest disco ball in Florida hanging over all of it.
Its own door on Henderson, and a stairwell that does the work of a curtain. You arrive before you arrive.
A person reads it next. If it is a fit, the next step is a short conversation, then the training program that every new hire goes through before we open.
